Sous Chef Lisa Latkowsky
Lisa was born and raised in Baltimore City. During her two years at AIDA Bistro, she has developed a passion for well executed food. Lisa has many atributes in the kitchen and she is happiest when working with bread dough and dessert pastries. You can come in at any time of the year and taste Lisa's specialties. She received her training at the HCAT Institute in Culinary Arts. She is a big Oriole and Raven fan!
