CHEF'S BIO

Chef Sean C. Riggs
Sean was born in Toronto, Canada and lived in Ontario, British Columbia, before he moved to Maryland. He graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park with a degree in Business as well as the HCAT Institute with a degree in Culinary Arts. He believes in the fundamentals of cooking: treating ingredients with respect and letting them stand out for themselves.

Sean joined us in 2005 and recently became AIDA Bistro's Chef de Cuisine!
