The Bistro Menu is focused on serving fresh, nutritious and fairly priced Italian and Mediterranean style food. Although it has an Italian core of entrees and freshly made Pasta, our Chef, adds Monthly Specials to the menus that are both contemporary and non-traditional Italian.

Our new Spring 2008 Entree & Small Plate Menu is now ready. Our Chef's & Owner have spent a great deal of time preparing for this season. Check out the following new items:

Butcher Shop Risotto is Braised Lamb, Jumbo Day Boat Scallops with Goat Cheese & Roasted Squash Risotto: Finished with a Roasted Red Pepper & Roasted Garlic Sauce

Grilled Pepper Rubbed Bison Strip: Served with a Horseradish & Goat Cheese Potato Puree Finished with a Blueberry Demi
