JAZZ & MUSIC NIGHTS 2012

Special Tuesday Evening, February 7 from 7:30p to 9:30p in the Wine Bar with Cris Jacobs Cris Jacobs is the lead singer, songwriter, and guitarist for the Baltimore band, The Bridge. Whether you call his style blues, folk, bluegrass, soul, or americana, Cris' performances are always captivating, and his solo sets are a more intimate featuring of his dazzling guitar playing and deeply soulful voice.

Damon Foreman Bio
Damon Foreman in Blue Funk has been delighting audiences since the early 90’s. Damon has performed throughout the world and has performed with many high profile artists including Ashford and Simpson, Freda Payne, Mary Wilson, George Clinton and Wynton Marsalis. Damon has performed world wide at the Paris Jazz Festival, Montreux Jazz Festival, Montreal Jazz Festival, Newport Jazz Festival and many others. Locally this group has performed at the Kennedy Center, Lincoln Theatre,Corcoran Gallery of Art, Baltimore Gallery of Art, The Visionary Museum, Camden Yards, The Maryland Science Center.

Damon has released 6 CD’s as a leader, the latest is” The Truth” was released in November 2010. Locally Damon is a Howie Award winner and a respected educator, certified Howard County Teacher, as well as a member of the Chamber of Commerce.

Damon is a superb entertainer that will leave you laughing and feeling amazed at his stage energy. The Fun is contagious. Come and get some of it for yourself!!
