That is why we have installed a new Wine on Tap System with 30 Wines on Tap. In October, based on customer acceptance and demand, we just increased then by 50% from 20 to 30 Wines on Tap. Our Wine on Tap System is the largest in Maryland and second largest in the U.S! Many of you have asked us about our system and how it works. We invite you to visit us and just ask and either Joe or Mary will be happy to give you a tour of our Ultimate Wine Bar system.

Fresh Wines
We are proud to offer a system that provides the best wine tasting experience a restaurant & wine bar can offer. No more stale, corked or “old” wines by the glass. We offer the freshest tasting wines, from the first to the last drop. Our Wine Program offers a large and diverse list of wines available in four different sizes; a taste, a glass, a half carafe and a full carafe….High quality wines at prices that are substantially less than those offered by other restaurant’s wine by the glass program!

Local & National Offerings
We offer wines from premier regions all over the country with a growing focus on local wines. Because of our unique relationship with each winery, we can offer many wines that have not yet been released and in some cases have not yet been bottled. We have made an effort to source from local producers and now have wines from Stone Mountain Cellars in Virginia. We also offer wines from wine regions across the US featuring California’s Napa and Sonoma Valley & Central Coast, New York’s Finger Lakes Region and Oregon’s Willamette. We feature world-class producers such as Melville Winery, Zenaida Cellars, Calera, Dancing Coyote, Frogs Leap (100% Organic), Flying Goat Cellars, Radio-Coteau and R Stuart Winery.

NEW: International Offerings
In October 2011, we increased our taps by 50% from 20 to 30. This allows us to bring in some new International Wines from Italy, Spain, France & Portugal. Our fist Italian Pinot Grigio is now available! We will have more new wines to follow by mid-December 2011. Check back for more information!

Going Green is a Big Part of What we Offer
For each keg that is filled, we save 25 bottles, corks, enclosures, labels and various packaging materials. We recycle the kegs, sending them back to the winery to refill with the next varietal or vintage. This means that not only is our wine the freshest possible but that we are saving landfills from thousands of bottles & corks and eliminating paper and packaging materials that accompany wines in the case.
