Wine on Tap and Buying Local Make AIDA Bistro a Leader in Sustainability

Some colleagues and I recently stopped by AIDA Bistro & Wine Bar to check out its wine-on-tap system. I had heard that a few restaurants across the country were raising the bar on providing sustainable services and was delighted to hear that one in my backyard was among them.
