After 21 Years, We say Goodbye

AIDA Bistro was an opportunity to live our dream of owning a local wine bar. We have had the privilege of creating a second, AIDA family that focused on providing terrific hospitality.

Talented chefs who created delicious menus and provided consistently excellent meals. A committed team who lovingly cared for our guests. And loyal diners who felt safe and trusted us to provide fun wine & food pairings. We were able to positively impact our community by giving back as much as we received!

Mary and I are so blessed to receive notes, cards, pictures, and social media posts from long-time guests letting us know what our restaurant meant to so many guests and families. It is humbling and we are so grateful for sharing your kind words and stories.

We have mixed emotions and are excited for our next adventure. It will be a big change and look forward to spending time with our children and grandchildren. We both plan to continue our involvement in our community and local charitable organizations.
