To Our AIDA Family,

As with so many Italian families, food is love for us… and we love AIDA Bistro & Wine Bar. It’s an expression of ourselves, our values and an opportunity to enjoy our passion while connecting with people. AIDA Bistro & Wine Bar is a true reflection of our family, and we feel incredibly blessed to have founded and watched our business grow into one of Howard County’s treasured traditions. We are also grateful that we have been able to live our dream, for the past twenty years. And while we are infinitely proud of the Italian food, traditions and contributions we have shared with the community; we have decided that it is now time for us to explore our next chapter.

Following much reflection and great consideration, we are announcing our retirement, and that we will be closing the doors to AIDA on January 28, 2023. We are thrilled about our pending retirement and the opportunity to spend more time with our family. We are grateful to our tremendous team at AIDA Bistro and to you, the community that has supported us through the last two decades.

We feel gratitude and are truly blessed and appreciate each of you. The memories you have helped us create – along your friendship and support – will stay with us for the remainder of our lifetimes. We thank you for being part of our dream, our success and our family.
